My husband and I just returned from a 2-night overnight to Dick’s Lake for the second year in a row. This time we were able to conquer Dick’s Peak, which eluded us last year (not that we are some crazy mountaineering couple, but the path up to the top is tricky, especially with a dog!). How luxurious to spend hours lounging by a high alpine lake after a great day hiking.
