We headed to the beach for winter break, our first trip to Kauai. Loved being right on the beach, hiking the Nepali Coast, taking surf lessons from Ian Vernon, having breakfast in town at Hanalei Roaster, sushi at Hanalei Dolphin (eat at the bar, not in main restaurant), and the health food store in town is awesome.
